(G)race Equity for White Leaders
Executive Directors and leadership team members are key drivers for organizational transformation. This 3-part course is designed specifically for those leaders who are "in it" and want to take their organizational race equity work to the next level. Building off of the G.R.A.C.E. fundamentals learned in (G)race Equity 101, participants will dive more deeply into personal, interpersonal, and organizational strategies and have the opportunity to workshop real-time challenges with Dr. Majors and a cohort of peers.

- Tools for understanding power, privilege, and internalized racism/superiority
- Opportunities to work through current challenges with experienced coaches and peers
The cohort is specifically designed for leaders who identify as white-bodied or white-passing; a companion course is also available for Black, Indigenous, and other leaders of color.
