(G)RACE EQUITY: BIPOC Leaders

Executive Directors and leadership team members are key drivers for organizational transformation. This 3-part course is designed specifically for those leaders who are "in it" and want to take their organizational race equity work to the next level. Building off of the G.R.A.C.E. fundamentals learned in (G)race Equity 101, participants will dive more deeply into personal, interpersonal, and organizational strategies and have the opportunity to workshop real-time challenges with Dr. Majors and a cohort of peers.

What you'll get:

  • Strategies for supporting Equity Teams, working across difference, and leading change
  • Tools for understanding power, privilege, and internalized racism/superiority
  • Opportunities to work through current challenges with experienced coaches and peers

The cohort is specifically designed for BIPOC leaders (Black, Indigenous, and people of color). A companion course is also available for leaders who identify as white or white passing.

(G)race Equity 101 or prior work with Dr. Majors is a prerequisite for this course. Participants are required to join 3 consecutive weekly sessions. Please contact [email protected] for questions or to request scholarships/sliding scale rates.
